Free Meals to Start on Wednesday, March 1, 2023

In the State of Connecticut, the School Meals Assistance Revenue for Transition (SMART) funds 2.0 has been enacted.
Starting March 1, 2023, all students will be eligible to receive a free breakfast and a free lunch meal each school day, regardless of family income, for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year.
