Parent Portal is a tool that provides parents and students access to real-time information about attendance, grades (tests, quizzes, projects, homework assignments), detailed homework assignments, messages from the teacher, and school announcements. You can see this information 24/7, from any computer in the world using a private password that only you know. 

 

Note:

The district code “ZSKH” is currently not working in the PowerSchool app for both Android and iPhone. We are actively working to restore this functionality.

In the meantime, families can still access the app by following these steps:

  1. On the app’s home screen, click “Enter Server Address.”

  2. Type in: powerschool.southwindsorschools.org

  3. Click Proceed to log in.


ParentSquare Logo  ParentSquare is a notification system that uses phone and email to provide timely communication to parents and staff on matters such as snow days, early dismissals and school or district emergencies. 

The ParentSquare platform is the central tool for secure communication among parents, caregivers, students, and staff. It is used for:

Broadcasting district-wide communications
Sending and receiving school and class information, including teacher and principal newsletters
Viewing calendar items
Signing up for events and volunteer opportunities
Scheduling parent-teacher conferences
